Fun Day 2021
The Club is currently running a Crowdfunding campaign to raise £20,000 towards the costs of developing the new ground and nature reserve on the bends between Swalecliffe and Herne Bay. This will supplement grants that have been obtained from Sport England and Veolia. With the Club’s continuing tenure at Seaview in doubt, it is essential for the survival of the Club that we raise a significant contribution towards these costs without delay. For further details please see the story on the homepage. All contributions, no matter how small, are welcome. To donate, please click on the button on the homepage. Please spread the word by inviting family, friends and work colleagues to donate and help ensure the future of the Club for the local community.
The Club held its annual Fun Day at Seaview on Sunday 4th July. Although it was a lower key affair than in previous years, owing to Covid restrictions and the unavailability of some teams, the event was still well attended with participating teams having fun matches and penalty shoot-outs within their age groups. Coaches then presented squad and individual trophies to their team members.
As always, the Club would like to extend a huge thank you to all of the Club’s sponsors for their continued generosity.
